TSEMI™ Chips and Technologies Private Limited was founded in 2025 with a vision to build an India-based global fabless semiconductor company: connectivity-driven compute products for edge applications, serving customers at home and worldwide.

TSEMI was co-created by a leadership team that has been building hardware along the India-US corridor for more than 25 years, well before semiconductors became trendy, together with Celesta Capital, a marquee global deep-tech venture fund.

We have watched this opportunity build for more than a decade, and the timing could not be better: a strong national thrust behind semiconductors, a fast-growing domestic electronics manufacturing ecosystem, global customers looking to India as their China+1 strategy, and unprecedented demand for chips driven by AI.
